Any request for hotel reservation must be accompanied by a contact phone number, a credit card number and expiry date in order to secure the room. The card will not be charged but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel. A cantine is located at the Royal Library itself. Hot/cold mails and sandwich lunches are served. There are several places in the neighborhood of the Ravenstein Galery (in front of central railway station) for sandwiches and fast lunches. In the environment of the Grote Markt/Grand Place which is at walking distance, are several places as restaurants, sandwich bars. |
