COMMENT: The solar wind velocity increased from 250 to 450 km/sec. Although the
Bz component is decreasing, its value is still positive. No important
perturbation of the geomagnetic field is then expected. However, there remains a
slight possibilty of isolated active conditions in the next 24 h.
