COMMENT: The solar activity was at very low levels and should remain low over
the next 3 days. The solar wind speed slowly increased to 400km/s, while the
magnetic Bz component has become mostly negative. The geomagnetic field is
expected to become active within a day. Active or minor storm periods are
possible later on under the influence of a high-speed solar wind stream.
