COMMENT: Once again, it's a quiet-flare day. The by Izmiran measured
geomagnetic indices are 2 and 3. Today, active geomagnetic conditions are
possible as a consequence of a recursive coronal hole. A small jump in the solar
wind speed is detected between 1100 and 1200UT: the speed jumped from 420 to 480
km/s according to ACE.
