COMMENT: The solar wind speed fluctuates mainly between the values 600 and 700
km/s. The geomagnetic conditions are again quiet, since the B_z component of the
IMF is predominantly positive since midnight. Active geomagnetic conditions are
still possible, depending on the negative strength of the B_z component of the
IMF. Flaring activity is still very low.
