Lasco imagery shows a CME which evolved into a halo CME. It is first visible in C2 at 00:06 UT on 20/1. It could be related to the long duration C5.5 flare, which started at 23:08 UT on 19/1. We believe this CME will become geoeffective, but further details are needed to give an estimate for the time of arrival.
