COMMENT: Most turbulence caused by the high solar wind speed from the coronal
hole which is now in the west, is over. We expect quiet conditions. The solar
wind speed is still elevated and has the value of 800 km/s. Flaring activity has
increased: C-flares are exspected with a small chance for an M-flare.
