The few sunspots now present on the solar disc remain small and simple. There is only a slight chance of a C-flare. The geomagnetic field also remains largely quiet. The solar wind speed has now dropped to 370km/s. Therefore, the magnetosphere will remain quiet to unsettled probably for the next two days. Thereafter, the influence of a transequatorial coronal hole now reaching the central solar meridian will start to grow and may induce more active geomagnetic conditions.
