Note that there is a nice large (but quiescent) filament in the north-east of the solar disk. There are no NOAA active regions on the solar disk. The solar wind speed is elevated around 500 km/s. The IMF has practically no southward component at the moment. Quiet to unsetteled geomagnetic conditions are expected today. An all quiet alert is issued.
