COMMENT: NOAA AR 0718, Catania sunspot group 3, may produce a C-flare. The
geomagnetic storm that occurred yesterday due to the passage of an ICME is now
finished as the interplanetary magnetic field turned northwards. We still expect
the arrival of a halo CME observed by SOHO/LASCO on January 5; it will probably
arrive later today or tomorrow producing a moderate geomagnetic disturbance.
