COMMENT: Most sunspots of the last days have shrinked or vanished over
the last 24 hours. The solar activity will thus remain very low. The
solar wind is now slow (400km/s) and stable, with a low density and
interplanetary magnetic field. The geomagnetic field is thus expected to
remain quiet for the coming 3-day period and the all-quiet alert remains
in effect.
