Therefore, we expect flaring activity to decrease further. As evidenced by ACE and SOHO/CELIAS data, the solar wind speed has increased today to around 530 km/s. However, the magnetic field magnitude and the density did not change. We thus expect the geomagnetic situation to remain quiet.
