COMMENT: NOAA AR 0847, Catania sunspot group 98, is decaying, although
it gave a B3.9 flare this morning. On the contrary, NOAA AR 0848
(Catania number 99) is growing and may produce a C-flare. The
interplanetary conditions are not expected to produce any significant
geomagnetic disturbance. The Earth is currently inside the slow solar
wind flow.
