COMMENT: Very low solar activity is expected, with no sunspot currently
on the solar disc. The solar wind speed has further decayed to 450km/s.
The influence of the high-speed stream has ceased and no significant CME
occured over the last few days. The geomagnetic field is thus expected
to stay quiet over the next 3 days.
