COMMENT: The space weather remains very quiet. There are no active
regions or sunspot groups at the visible side of the Sun. There have
also been no halo CMEs in the past few days and the solar wind is slow.
As a consequence, ALL QUIET ALERT state is active since yesterday noon,
meaning that in the next 48 hours we expect that the solar X-ray output
remains below C-class level, the K_p index remains below 5 and the
high-energy proton fluxes remains below the event threshold.
