COMMENT: Geomagnetic activity is expected to remain quiet. It does not
appear that the recurrent stream that previously led to active/minor
storm conditions will be encountered during this rotation; nonetheless
there is still a slight chance for unsettled conditions overnight. Solar
activity is expected to remain low to very low, though NOAA AR 0845
(Catania 95) now rotating over the NE limb may lead to increased
activity.
