COMMENT: Geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet. The solar
wind speed is fairly steady at about 340km/s while the IMF is weak with
a small Bz component fluctuating near zero. NOAA AR 0865 (Catania 19) is
expected to continue to produce B-class events, with small potential for
an isolated C-class flare. The All-Quiet Alert remains in effect for now.
