The coronal hole influence continues and keeps the solar wind speed at about 600km/s. This already caused a couple of active to minor storm geomagnetic events over the last 24 hours, in connection with Southward rotations of the interplanetary magnetic field. As the wind density and magnetic field have strongly declined by now, the fast stream will probably keep the geomagnetic field unsettled to active for the coming 2 or 3 days, but without causing additional storms TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 014, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
