SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)

COMMENT: The solar activity has decreased further. The only sunspot
group has decayed with a corresponding decline of both the GOES X-ray
(A3 level) and F10.7cm radio fluxes. The solar wind keeps its high
speed, now at 650km/s. Although the Bz component of the interplanetary
magnetic field is near 0, this is enough to keep the Earth magnetic
field unsettled to active (even minor storm at high latitudes). Those
conditions should continue without much change over the 2 coming days.
