COMMENT: The current very low solar activity will continue over the
coming days. The solar wind is expected to remain near its present value
of 620km/s for the next 24 hours and then, it will finally start to
decline. The geomagnetic will remain unsettled to active for one more
day, with still a risk of a short-lived minor storm. Then, by late
Jan.20, it will settle down to mostly quiet levels as the coronal hole
influence wanes.
