COMMENT: Geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet for the
remainder of the day then rise to unsettled and potentially active
levels following the anticipated arrival of a fast stream from the
recurrent coronal hole currently visible on the SW of the solar disk.
The signatures of this hole are not yet discernible in solar wind data,
as the speed continues to drop (currently ~340km/s) and the IMF remains
weak and calm. Solar activity is expected to remain very low with a slim
chance of an isolated C-class flare from NOAA AR 0963 (Catania 49).
