COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be very low for the next 48
hours. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet for the next 36
hours. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to reach unsettled to active
condition levels on July 30th, due to the recurrence of a coronal hole.
Current readings of the solar wind speed measured by the ACE spacecraft
are about 360 km/s.
