SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)

COMMENT: Solar conditions are expected to remain quiet with a small
chance for another B or C flare from NOAA 0966 (cat 52). The earth is
still under the influence of the high speed wind stream from the
equatorial coronal hole. NOAA Kp reached values of 5,6 during the most
intensive period which has passed. The solar wind speed is currently
still elevated at 700 km/s, the southward component of the IMF is
oscillating between + and -5nT. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to
return to quiet levels soon.
