COMMENT: The spotless Sun remains at its lowest activity level. The
geomagnetic conditions remained mostly quiet to unsettled as the weak
coronal hole influence declines. Still, we keep a warning for a new fast
solar wind stream that may cause a geomagnetic disturbance later today
Aug. 17 or tomorrow, causing unsettled to active conditions.
