COMMENT: NOAA AR 0939 (Catania number 16) has grown slightly and still
keeps a potential to produce an isolated C-flare. The Earth is currently
inside a slow solar wind flow. The low values of the solar wind speed
(around 420 km/s) and average values of the interplanetary magnetic
field magnitude (4 nT) indicate that the geomagnetic conditions will
remain quiet.
