COMMENT: Solar activity is now quiet, although an isolated C-flare is
possible from the Catania sunspot group 16 (NOAA AR 0939). A quiescent
filament to the east of this sunspot group has disappeared around noon
yesterday. No CME was reported in association with this event. The Earth
is currently inside the slow solar wind flow, so the geomagnetic
conditions are expected to remain quiet.
