In spite of the appearance of this active region on the visible side of the Sun, the background X-ray flux is decreasing. C-flares are, however, still possible. The Earth is currently inside the slow solar wind flow, so the geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet in the coming hours. Tomorrow, however, we expect the arrival of a fast flow from the low-latitude coronal hole in the southern hemisphere. We expect active geomagnetic conditions, with possible occasional minor storm intervals. TODAY'S ESTIMATED ISN : 008, BASED ON 06 STATIONS.
