COMMENT: NOAA AR 0940, Catania sunspot group 19, has produced a B3.2
flare peaking at 23:05 UT yesterday. An occasional C-flare may still
occur in this region. The Earth is currently inside the slow solar wind
flow. We expect the fast solar wind flow from the low-latitude coronal
hole in the southern hemisphere to arrive later today or tomorrow.
Active geomagnetic conditions up to the minor storm level are possible.
