COMMENT: Three sunspot groups currently visible on the solar disc (NOAA
ARs 0933, 0934 and 0935) are unlikely to produce any significant flaring
activity. A region of strong magnetic field without sunspots located at
N10E76 has produced a B1.8 flare yesterday evening. The Earth is inside
a fast solar wind flow (600 km/s). However, the interplanetary magnetic
field is at an average level (4 nT), so the geomagnetic conditions are
expected to remain quiet.
