COMMENT: Solar and geomagnetic conditions are quiet. The magnetic
configuration of NOAA 0933 (Catania 9) is changing quickly, increasing
the possibility of C-flares. Therefore we have ended the all quiet
alert. Apart from this, the conditions are expected to remain quiet.
