COMMENT: The solar wind speed is again slowly rising and might trigger
isolated episode of active geomagnetic conditions. A small active region
is visible on the STEREO-B East limb and is might push up the 10cm
radioflux in the coming days. Given all this uncertainty we have halted
the SIDC ALL QUIET alert.
