COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be very low for the next 48
hours. A flux rope CME was spotted on the west limb on Jan. 28 around
19:54UT, with a very weak signature on the limb in EUV
spectroheliograms. It is most likely a backside event. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be quiet for the next 48 hours. The all-quiet
alert remains active.
