COMMENT: There are not spots on the Sun and the activity will remain at
its lowest level. A recurrent fast solar wind stream is expected later
today and will induce active geomagnetic conditions and possible minor
storm periods, mainly in the next 24 hours and at high latitudes. This
enhanced geomagnetic activity is expected to last for 2 or 3 days.
