COMMENT: Since last midnight, An expected disturbance in the solar wind
has triggered geomagnetic activity at the Kp=4 level (active geomagnetic
conditions). We presume this disturbance corresponds to a small,
undetected CME. In this case we expect to return to quiet geomagnetic
conditions later today. The SIDC ALL QUIET ALERT was halted because of
this event.
