COMMENT: Solar actiity is low, NOAA AR 11040 (N30E35) produced a C1.0
flare at 15:03 UT on January 9 and it has grown in size, it has
potential for more C-class flares as it continues to evolve. Geomagnetic
conditions are quiet and will remain so until January 12-13 when the
fast solar wind from a coronal hole is expected to arrive at Earth.
