COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to remain very low, with only a
small chance of an isolated C flare from active region NOAA11105. A
sector boundary crossing caused unsettled geomagnetic conditions over
the past hours. However, the solar wind speed remains limited below
400km/s and is already declining. We thus forecast a return to mostly
quiet geomagnetic conditions today and for the next two days of the
forecast period.
