SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)

COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be mostly quiet with a slight
risk for C class flares from a new active region (S30E85) beginning its
transit on the East limb. Some small isolated flaring activity was
observed on Sept. 15th in the vicinity of this region while it was on
the limb. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly quiet with a
risk of isolated unsettled periods during the next 24 hours.
