COMMENT: Two sunspot groups reported on the solar disk (Catania numbers
37 and 38, NOAA ARs 1041 and 1042 respectively) still may produce a
C-flare, although it is unlikely. The Earth is currently inside the slow
(speed around 350 km/s) solar wind flow with average (4-5 nT)
interplanetary magnetic field magnitude. The geomagnetic activity is
expected to remain on the quiet level.
