COMMENT: The only sunspot group on the solar disk (Catania number 37,
NOAA AR 1041) is decaying. The background solar X-ray flux is
decreasing, and a C-class flare is unlikely. The Earth is currently
inside the slow (around 350 km/s) solar wind flow with average (5 nT)
interplanetary magnetic field magnitude. We expect quiet geomagnetic
conditions.
