COMMENT: NOAA AR 11039 has produced two C-flares yesterday (C1.0 at
07:09 UT and C2.6 at 14:08 UT). It is growing further as it approach the
Western solar limb, resulting in a few more days of C-flaring potential.
The geomagnetic activity is expected to remain quiet.
