COMMENT: The only sunspot group on the solar disk (Catania number 37,
NOAA AR 1041) is continuing to decay slowly. A C-class flare is very
unlikely. The Earth is currently inside the slow (around 360 km/s) solar
wind flow with slightly elevated (8 nT) interplanetary magnetic field
magnitude. Given the low solar wind speed, we expect quiet geomagnetic
conditions.
