COMMENT: NOAA AR 11039 is rotating over the western solar limb, its
size and activity has declined, it has a low potential for producing
C-flares. The recurrent NOAA AR 11035 is entering the visible solar
disk, it produced C flares during its previous passage, but it is now
declining in size. Geomagnetic activity is expected to remain quiet.
