COMMENT: The flaring activity remains low. An isolated c-flare is
possible. A CME was detected by LASCO on 19/02 around 18h06. STEREO A en
B data show it was not earth-directed.
The solar wind slowed down to 420 km/s. We expect quiet geomagnetic
conditions for the coming days.
