COMMENT: Solar activity is expected to be low, NOAA AR 11039 has low
potential for creating flares. As it went over the solar limb, the
visible disk is spotless at present. A slow CME erupted on January 5
from the eastern solar limb, it is not expected to reach the Earth.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet.
