C flares are likely and M flares possible. Geomagnetic conditions are quiet. A halo CME (most probably from the same AR) have been seen on C2 at 01:31 UT, it is a fast one according to CACTUS (1656 km/s). It is expected to arrive to the Earth on March 17-18.
