COMMENT: We expect a low solar activity. However, an active region is
about to appear at the South-East limb (probably the return of AR
NOAA11052) and may raise slightly the level of activity in the coming
days. The solar wind has now slowed down below 400km/s. This should lead
to quiet geomagnetic conditions over the rest of the 3-day period.
