COMMENT: No C flares were observed in the past 24 hours. Solar activity
is expected to remain quiet within the next 24 hours, with a slight
chance for a C flare.
Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet and will probably stay quiet on
February 2. On February 3 and 4, active geomagnetic levels are possible
due to the arrival of an anticipated coronal hole high speed stream.
