COMMENT: No C flares were observed in the past 24 hours. Solar activity
is expected to remain quiet within the next 24 hours, with a slight
chance for a C flare.

Geomagnetic conditions have been quiet. Active periods are possible on
February 3 and the first part of February 4, due to an anticipated
coronal hole high speed stream. Afterwards, mainly quiet conditions are
expected.
