La Roche en Ardenne is a lovely town located about 120 km south-east of Brussels in the Ardennes. It's a touristic place on the Ourthe River, with a middle-age castle, and surrounded by forests.

Conference site
The conference is organized in "Le Floreal" vacation center, located about 700 m from the town's center. There are, on site, possibilities for lodging, food (two restaurants), drinks (bar) and leisure activities (bowling, small park with tennis court, mini golf etc...).

To reach the town by public transportation, there is a train from Brussels to Marloie (see map), and then a bus to La Roche en Ardenne. The trip lasts between 2h45 and 3 hours. The cost of a round trip ticket Brussels Airport-Marloie is about 36€ (special fare to/from the airport). The cost of a round trip ticket from Marloie to La Roche en Ardenne is about 6,50€.

If you do not take the free shuttle bus on Monday 14, you have to take the regular Bus TEC 15. The time table of this bus is here (week days, pp 1-3, saturday pp 6-7, sunday pp 8-9). This bus arrives in La Roche in the city center either at "Quai du gravier" or "Qaui de l'Ourthe". From there you have to walk to the conference center (about 10mn). This map shows you the 2 TEC bus stops and the conference center (red ellipse).
