Splinter - Space Weather Working Team - SWWT
N. Crosby (BIRA-IASB)
Wednesday, Nov 30, 14:00-16:00

The ESA Space Weather Working Team (SWWT) is an open forum for European experts in science and applications for space weather. It identifies and discusses potential collaborations and synergies with other structures or organisations. It is important that the European space weather community is actively involved in contributing to and defining the role of the SWWT. European space weather activities continue to develop strongly via a variety of bodies including ESA and EU. During the SWWT Plenary recent developments on European scale will be reviewed and discussed. The main activities of the restructured SWWT Steering Board will be presented, including the first version of the SWWT Roadmaps. Furthermore, the main outcomes of the SWWT Topical Groups during these last two years will be highlighted.
